The company provides high-end concierge and lifestyle assistance services on the Costa Blanca.

2. Nature of Services

Avenida10 Luxury Concierge operates exclusively as an intermediary and service facilitator.

The company provides:

  • concierge services

  • lifestyle assistance

  • coordination and organization of services

  • access to a network of independent service providers

The company does not directly perform services (cleaning, massage, transport, etc.), unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Connection with Service Providers

All services are performed by independent third-party providers.

Therefore:

  • Avenida10 Luxury Concierge is not responsible for the execution of services

  • Providers are solely responsible for their services, pricing, quality, and legal compliance

  • Any agreement is made directly between the client and the provider

Members may benefit from preferential or negotiated rates, without this engaging the company’s liability.

4. Pricing and Payments

The client may be required to pay:

  • a concierge membership or subscription fee

  • the price of services provided by third-party providers

Payments are processed via secure systems (including Stripe).

For subscriptions:

  • payments may be recurring

  • automatic renewal may apply unless cancelled

All payments are final unless otherwise required by law.

5. No Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of the services (immediate access to concierge services and network), the client expressly waives any right of withdrawal, where permitted by applicable law.

6. Liability

FLOMAGNETISME91 SL shall not be held liable for:

  • any service performed by third-party providers

  • any direct or indirect damages

  • delays, cancellations, or service failures

  • disputes between clients and providers

The company’s role is strictly limited to introduction, coordination, and facilitation.

7. Member Conduct

Clients and members agree to behave respectfully towards:

  • service providers

  • concierge staff

  • other members

Any inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behavior may result in:

  • immediate suspension or termination of access

  • without any refund, including partial or prorated refunds

The company reserves this right without prior notice.

8. Obligations of Property Owners

Property owners using concierge services (including check-ins and check-outs) must:

  • comply with all applicable Spanish laws and regulations

  • ensure full legal compliance regarding rentals (tourist or otherwise)

  • fulfill all tax and administrative obligations

The company shall not be held liable for any non-compliance.

9. Independence

Avenida10 Luxury Concierge is a fully independent entity.

  • It is not affiliated with Las Colinas

  • It does not represent Las Colinas

  • It does not act on behalf of Las Colinas

The company operates independently within the Costa Blanca region.

10. Termination

The company reserves the right to:

  • suspend or terminate access to services

  • refuse service at its discretion

No refund will be issued in case of termination due to misconduct.

11. Force Majeure

The company shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control.

12. Personal Data

Personal data is collected only for:

  • processing requests

  • connecting clients with providers

  • service follow-up

Data is not sold or transferred to third parties, except when necessary for service delivery.

In accordance with GDPR, users have the right to:

  • access their data

  • rectify their data

  • request deletion

13. Limitation of Liability

The company does not guarantee:

  • continuous availability of services

  • absence of errors or interruptions

  • satisfaction with services provided by third parties

Services are provided “as is”.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the company’s registered office.
